HRA Registration - Preferred Practice Days
HRA is looking to improve our registration process by allowing parents to select their preferred practice days at the time of registration.
Current Process: The current process is that the practice days are selected by the coach after registration is completed. After rosters have been arranged, the coach calls parents to inform them of what days practice will be on.
Proposed Process: The new proposed process will be that parents will select the days of practice that will work best for them on the registration form. Rosters will then be arranged based on preferred practice days. The TIME of practice on those days will still be at the discretion of the selected coach.
This new process is being proposed as HRA is aware that knowing the practice days ahead of time will be helpful to some parents so arrangements can be made for their child to attend prior to the start of the program. Of course, if more children are signed up for one set of practices days (or there ends up only being one team for the program/age group), HRA will need to coordinate with parents to 'even things out'. And parents will have the option of selecting an 'either' option on their registration, as well.
